Post by brianwidahl »

hey guys thank you all for coming. it was an awesome time. got some awesome pictures and vids.il post some asap

i already have the next trail picked out it will be twice as fun

so it didnt take long but im planning on a weekend camping event this time...

im thinking on friday july 31st, camping overnight to sat.aug.1 morning/afternoon... will have a big bbq

i have been trying to organize a car wash for charity (human society).for saturday afternoon. there has'nt been anything like that in this town so i'm sure the cochrane paper would be very interested.

besides all the hummers get a lot of attention so that could be fun.

it would be at the car wash coral all proceeds will go to animals in need

let me know what you guys think of the car wash idea....

as far as any details on the times i'll post it as soon as i get it all planned.

i hope to see you all again and a whole bunch more new faces as well...

any questions e-mail me at brianwidahl@hotmail.com

or call me and leave a msg at 403 703 2964

please e-mail me if you plan on join for this event......

Hi Brian,

I just joined the forum today; I wouldn't mind coming out to meet everybody this Saturday if you can get the ball rolling on it!

Cheers,

Hey Brian,

The weekend of the 30th/31st works for me.  If you need a hand scouting trails let me know.

I won't be able to make it down this Saturday though, have to be at a wedding in Edmonton.

Cheers,

Steve

Sounds good, I will be away for a couple of weeks starting Sunday though.

That date mentioned above for the trail ride looks like it will work for me!

Hey TC, this might need it's own thread but how about trying to set up an annual Canada wide event?  It is a big a$$ country so we could move it around from province to province to let as many people participate as possible.  I know I wouldn't be up for a 4000+ km trip east every year, but every 2 or 3 is definitely workable.  Possibly fly out and ride shot gun some years.
