Hey Guys,
Just wanted to say hello!
I just picked up an H3T this Wednesday & I already had it out this weekend, lol. What a blast, although admittedly I chickened out on taking it out on some of the more technical stuff until I get a better feel for the vehicle.
Anyway, threads are always better with pictures! This is my new Hummer;

PS: I was wondering how many local members there are in the Alberta/Calgary area; I didn't see a local forum thread. I did see the Alberta meet, it looks like a pretty solid base!

Welcome Sugarphreak
I remember seeing a breakdown of members by province, but can't find the thread. There's definitely a pretty good contingent here in Alberta. Keep an eye on the Events section as I'm sure there will be some interest in getting out to Waiparous in the near future.
Great picks by the way. The H3T looks sharp with a little mud on it
Cheers!

Re: New Member (Calgary Alberta)
Hey There,
I am also from Calgary and have recently joined - still need to get a picture posted... Yes I have heard there is another meet at the end of July. It's funny as I was booting through some of the quad trails in Waiprous when I came across a convoy of Hummers leaving the area of Camp Mockingbird....needless to say I was briefly in my Glory and searched for a club when I got back to the city from camping.... and here we are! I have an H3 Alpha and have never had so much fun in my life... Jeep DOES NOT compare!

Hey Khumul,
I actually went from a Jeep a few years back to the H3T now. I was a bit worried because of the longer wheelbase, width & step bars when I took it out last weekend, I ended up leaving it behind when the trail got tighter. All the guys I was going out with had short little narrow Jeeps and they were squeaking through tight spots & crawling over all sorts of large sized ledges.
I am looking forward to going out with some local guys with H3's to see where the limts really are, maybe I can go back and teach the Jeep guys a lesson or two <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... /smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> lol
Cheers,
-Nick
