outside temp gauge reading wrong???????????????help please

my temp gauge for the outside seems to be way of is there a way to reset this or any suggestions would be great

Ok 1 What colour is your Hummer ? ( darker colours create higher skin temps and thus higher reading)

    2 Remeber temp on radio etc are taken in sheilded boxes no wind rain etc

How much is it out find your sensor and place a thermometer beside it ( you may be shocked to find its not in error just hotter or cooler on truck location. As for fixing it just go to source and get an inside outside unit mount it and you can monitor outside wirless location and inside cab much easier and cheaper.

the gauge is on the front inside passenger side of the bumper, open your hood and look for two plugs near the front light on the top of the bumper... clean them up...
