A step by step guide lol.
First you get it dirty.

Then you wash it.

Finally you let it drip dry <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... /smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> It's just that easy.

Awesome! Did it actually stay running through that river? Was it floating? No problems after? Just curious...

Re: How to clean a dirty HMMWV
Yes it stayed running, no it was not floating, I was on the bottom the whole time. There were no problems after at all. Remember that this is a military HMMWV and it is desigend to operate in 60" of water with the deep fording kit installed. The electrical system and all the gauges are 100% waterproof. There is a valve inside the cab that I turn from vent to deep ford. This pressurizes the driveline so as not to allow the entry of water.

Maybe some wetsuits needed for this process? <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... >/grin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';D' /> <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... >/grin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';D' />
