Ok we have two major conflicts on Nov 7 want to know if everyone would agree to Nov 21 instead this allows Roys and T.C. and crews to attend 10 people and two trucks

The 2 sets of people in question are not major conflicts, but individuals that play a lot off road!!

Roys you and T.C. are 1/3 the confirmed attendies so not speacial treatment just trying to get as many as possisble.
