There is 2 fuses for the ctis, fuse box inside and the 30amp engine compartment fuse. if it was the interior fuse, your solinoids are getting old/sticky.bump this one up for testing--15a, if the exterior, then best check the compressor for shorts.
You can direct connect the compressor to power to test if the compressor is good or not.--short run test only--booster cable from battery to post on compressor
start from here and we can help further once this test is complete..
one thing to keep in mind. compressor could be frozen due to condensation, mine does not like the winter
