The air box is different.... I installed one on my 2006 H-3 had to make an adapter ( not hard, used a piece of 3" PVC pipe )

The inlet inside the fender is different. You can order this part from the dealer for the larger port. I don't think you need the whole box.

lol, maybe I do need one of these... my air filter was so wet it weighed at least 5lbs this weekend, the entire air filter box was filled with water! I shut the engine down as soon as I got out, no engine damage... whew! <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... oflmao.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':rotflmao:' />
