Please make sure that since the merger between CHS and CHC that your profile pages are up to date. Some of the setting may have not been transferred over, along with some of the avatars and profile photos. Also double check your Signatures and some of the settings.. you now have the ability to add a lot more information and details as well as not only a avatar but also a Profile photo too..
