Yes,I came to Steven and he helped me to resolve this problem! He scanned computer memory,checked all related connectors,wires,groundings. Also he switched many times these buttons:4Hi,4HI Lock etc. I think last procedure helped to find solution. probably from time to time I need to play with those buttons to switch them. This procedure helps to clean motor accutator(I think)from dirt or grease.

Actually just so everyone knows you Should ALL be Flushing your Transfer Case Oil Once a Year!!! No Matter whether you drive street or off-road! This goes for H1, H2 and H3!!! Oil cost nothing compared to a new transfer case!!!

Gee on our H3 Alpha we get total rebuilds every year it seems although Kevin states no more Botland score for 3 runs 2 front diffs, 2 transfer cases, one right front cv shaft, and 2 months shop time. <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ngHead.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':banghead:' />
