Unfortunatley, the police package must be disabled when sold unless it is sold to a department or service certified to possess the lights. Mind you, they do not have to be removed...just disabled. The charge for getting caught with the lights activated is not worth the risk though...

All lights have to be de-activated. This can be done by taking the module for the lights out. The external light bar must have the lenses swapped out (absolutely NO red lenses) and all of the "hidden" lights must be inoperable. If caught by any law enforcement agency, you run the real risk of being charged with the impersonation of a law enforcement officer which carries a max. of actual time in jail in some states (depending on the nature of the infraction of course!!)
