So very true....I can't tell you how great it is when your baby is down and you are NEVER left alone...Derek stayed with me for HOURS until I was out, tow truck picked up the baby, he drove me to the mechanics after he called him to ensure he would work on the truck and drove me to meet my ride home and waited for him to arrive.....way above and beyond the call of duty ..... Hummer owners are like family!!
