Have heard of people going to the US for tires .. Niagara Region....US companies even specialize in Canadian customers....they "professionally" dirty your tires once they are on so that they don't look new...easily across the border and you claim the wife's relatively inexpensive shopping trip expenses which was your reason for going over the border in the first place.....you were bored in the hotel at the Falls and went across for a quick shopping trip....

Otherwise, Derek, TC, Roy may be able to help you.....they seem to run tires wider, bigger, etc...Norm as well purchased newer, bigger tires....

Tons of guys are running Toyo O/C MT's out here in Alberta... well priced tires and they offer probably one of the best off-road traction levels with excellent on-road performance to boot.

I am very happy with my set, at the rate I am going they will outlast my truck! <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... oflmao.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':rotflmao:' />

John,

give Master Mechanic a call, I think there is a driver that goes there that is looking to make a swap for the tires he has on his truck, tell them I sent you and that I told you about a guy wanting to swap the tires..

Holy crap D, you know just about everything....Steve told me about that, but he said the road noise from those tires would drive you absolutely crazy driving on the pavement especially if the vehicle was your daily driver....but give Steve a call and check it out John...

Another vote for the Toyos, I am really happy with my set. They do sing a bit on the highway but the noise is actually pretty mellow, good mudder for a truck that's driven on the highway for sure.
