Hi there . Im looking for some winch springs. I am in toronto. Thanx 416-462-1731 or art.zone@rogers.com
Early 1997 HMC4, 1 of 35, Original Block H296, 110,000 miles and no cracks yet, G10 green
Custom made Brush Gaurd, Roof Rack, Overhead Console and Sound System.

$200 each, they are plow springs, a little heavier than winch

One thing to note about plow springs, they are not variable rate, and will lower the front end of the truck a bit vs OEM winch springs.



There's a ton of them on the surplus market now and I *HAD* a set on my truck. It will change ride quality.

I really want the winch springs. The plow springs wont do it for me.

Have to get them from AMG. Roughly $350 ea US dollars.

The plow springs I put in give 18" ground clearance on stock MT's. Your call.

Fronts I have taken out are not vari-rate, only the rear.If anything the ride height increases and the only ride difference I found is the firmness on corners as well as on one wheel stands the other tire is not stuffed into the wheel well.
