Leveling Kit

Post by Spyder »

I was curious if a Leveling kit would be worth putting on my truck? It should give 2 more inches of clearance in the front as well right. If so I should be able to put 37 under it right. How long does it take to install and how much do they run? (USD).

I think they are well worth if if you just want those couple extra inches of lift.

I installed the Suspension max keys for 2.5" in the front and a 2" Spacer in the read and that gave that bit extra lift that I needed. I have 37" BFG KM2's. When you lift the frame it is always reccomended that you also better your stance with a new set of rims with a negative offset. I went with moto Metal at -12. You will get some rubbing with stock rims if you go to 37" tires.

Also watch the tire as well as 37" tires range from 36 to almost 38 and I would stick with a 12.5 inch wide as well.

Hope that helps..

Rhino an H3 Alpha has a Superlift levelit kit not for a big lift but to allow Rhino to carry the heavier bumper and winch installed . We could have just cranked up the OEM keys but decided to go whole hog set included keys and shock spacers when installed an alignment is recommended.
