you know when you watch a blooper show or a funny movie and the guy gets hit right in the junk by someone or something , and as a man you tense up and flinch right at that moment .....I just did that watching this .

The Worse Part of it is...they now have to fix it on the trail!!! Hope they had spare parts!!!



and yeah it really hurt to hear that horrible sound but I think seeing it was even worse!!!

Yeah I have seen that video before but I have never had this happen to me...but I do carry spares! And those of us here in quebec have done much harder stuff than that and never broken a tie-rod end!

Ball joints or tie rod? Hmm.



Either way should have checked it out before going wheeling, all it takes is a jack and a prybar.



Lot's of old trucks on the trail that are probably running 10 year old ball joints. If the truck had non worn parts this wouldn't happened.



I picked up a ton of the $30 new ball joints when they were going around last year, got about 8 spares <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ght_on.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':right_on:' />
