New member from Alberta

Post by ChewBacca »

Hey all, I have had my 2007 Hummer H3 for over a year now and still love the adventures it takes me on daily. Not alot has changed from stock, some basic things, Cold Air Intake, Magnaflow Exhaust, Custom light bar with Lightforce Lights, Custom Roof Rack and had the T-Bars cranked up this summer. I find these sites informative, and look forward to contributing myself.

Welcome to the club! Good to see another H3 on board.

Actually just got off the trails this evening with some other Alberta club members, I'll get the pics posted tomorrow you should check the, out! I definitely encourage everyone to come out on the trail rides it's such a blast, really great group of people and there's quite a few Alberta members who hit the trails. We're actually planning a meet and greet in December and there's a good chance we'll do another trail ride between now and then, so absolutely think about coming out. Check out the CHC Events section for the full scoop!

My H3 is pretty much stock, just leveled with some 35" mudders. Had mine for just about a year now and it's been a great vehicle, very reliable and always gets me home. Pictures look good!

Welcome to the club from another Alberta boy. Nice H3, I like the Lights, haven't tried that brand yet but hear they work well.

Welcome to the CHC. I echo everyone else's sentiment that there are a great bunch of guys who belong to this fine club (sorry, the gals are awesome as well!!). You will really enjoy reading some of the posts and following some of the Alberta threads will really let you know how lucky you are to have found this site and the people who belong to it. The Alberta chapter is very well organized for safe off-roading experiences and, by the look of the pictures and the stories they tell, they certainly do have a blast when they are out....and the scenery is absolutely spectacular!! Thinking of heading out west some day soon to partake in the fun and to experience the west like never before....from the perspective of the "back trails". Read lots, ask questions as there are many knowledgeable Hummer people on the forum and most of all Have Fun!!

I along with JL just got off the trail and will be heading out there again this morning to recover Karl's Hummer as we have to do a hopefully quick fix and back out again...

Welcome, too bad it took so long to get you on board--but glad you're here no less!

I'm an "honorary Albertan" for all intents and purposes. You're going to fall in with a great group of HUMMER drivers and will definitely enjoy some great experiences. The trail runs are always awesome, and as said, the scenery is incredible; plus as long as you're running with Karl, you'll get to find out how H2's work and how to fix them! I've nick-named him "Evil Keneivel". Karl's a great guy, you'll enjoy his and everybody else's company.

Enjoy!
You ain't havin' fun until it comes home on a flatbed!
