Waiparous - February Trail Ride

Dudes who wants to do some frigid winter Hummer-ing?! Tentative date.. Saturday, February 5th. Hopefully that will give everyone enough notice!



I'm thinking a Waiparous run and hitting some of the Winter only trail sections as there are quite a few! I got a few other ideas as well but I'll save that for a surprise... Should be fun...



Usual meeting place across from Tim Horton's in Cochrane, 9am! Let me know what everyone thinks about Feb 5!

Excellent!! K so I was checking out the trail maps here and if everyone is game I think it'd be fun to try a new trail section, and hit the winter only trails if there's time left in the day!



I made a fun map with lots of great colors on it... So the RED is the new section I think we should try, then the BLUE are the winter trails! Plan B might be to just cruise to the falls depending on how time goes, never know with all the snow how quickly you can progress but the winter trails are supposed to actually be pretty cool so I wouldn't mind checking those out time permitting.

I think that sounds like an awesome plan!!! Going to the falls makes me a bit nervous on the one steep hill near the end where Steve got stuck that one time... but than again we made it back up...



Looks like as neat trail and would be nice to do something new!

R U sure as I don't remember being that far south?? as we ended up by the lake didn't we?Granted I won't have my tires at 50 psi this time......



O - I just re-read.... we're looking at the Red Section.... Sugarman...you'll be fine there...besides, you did the best out of anyone... except stoner dude dragging his diff. in that stellar cherokee! He rocked it!!!

I thought we were doing the same trail that I almost wanted to stop offroading over which is the blue trail as sugarbaby pointed out... my bad as I jumped the gun a bit there... so many bad memories and humiliation.... all cuz my tires were rock hard.... learned alot on that run actually!



The trail in red which you indicated looks awesome!!! and I really do hope to have my e-locked on by then as well but may be a bit too quick....



I'm actually looking forward to it which is funny as I really didn't want to do any winter runs this year... means everything in the world when you go with people that you can have complete faith in!!!



Anyways... time to go get drunk at the neighbors so I can lay around the house tomorrow an whine about how stupid I was the night before.... knowing that still doesn't help with the now!!<img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... rgreen.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':mrgreen:' />

well if its not a problem i got about 3 other guys that want to come again Scott (fj) , Jessie (jeep) , Chris (jeep)...they have all been out with us and they loved our group thats why they wanna come again lol ....so hope thats not a issue ....I booked it off work already so Im good to go
