Developed a small leak in my rad. I assume it will have to be removed to repair. At that time is there an improved rad out there or a modification .

What area are you from? I live in Brantford, Ontario and I have a friend that owns a rad shop. He can have custom ones built or sometimes repair damaged ones. He is really good! This is what he specializes in.

Bob, Travis @rubber duck, has the new alum rads ,they are a bit cheaper than oem but still pricey at $1400. For that money ,I would try and get it fixed first. <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... /blink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Re: 2004 H1
Alot changed on the 2004's, is the rad still the same part number as 2003 and older? I am wondering if it will be quite a bit more expensive because of that.
