2007 Hummer H3 wheel alignment

Hello,everybody!

I recently purchased my 2007 Hummer H3 and I mentioned that rear passenger wheel has excessive wear on outer edge of wheel.Another three wheels are o'kay. So I think thay recently made tire rotation and worn one was at the front. So brought my truck to dealer.

I was told by dealer to make wheel alignment on my 2007 Hummer H3. But they told me that it is not covered by warranty(I still have two months left bumper-to-bumper). Do you have any ideas is it true or not?

I GUESS THEIR MECHANIC FELT IT HAD ENOUGH TRED TO PASS SAFETY ! OR THEY MIGHT BE THINKING YOU ARE TRYING TO PULL A FAST ONE, AND FOUND YOUR SPARE LIKE THAT AND PUT IT ON THE BACK. SO YOU CAN SAY HEY ? WTF ? I WANT A NEW TIRE DUDE !!!!! TECHNICALLY YES THEY SHOULD IF YOU ARE STILL WITH IN YOUR SAFETY PERIOD FOR THE TRUCK . I THINK YOU MIGHT BE S.O.L DUDE . JUST CHECK YOUR SPARE , IF GOOD ? THROW IT ON, AND USE THAT AS A SPARE UNTIL YOU CAN BUY A NEW ONE ! ALSO , TAKE YOUR BUSINESS "REPAIRS" "PARTS" SOME PLACE ELSE . GOOD LUCK AND DONT SWEAT IT .

collega We have 3 OEM Wranglers off our 08 H3 Alpha two have under 50km on them the 3rd our former spare was just mounted and dismounted never having run at all. talk to Kevin Black Rhino

wheel alignments are almost never covered under factory warranty. when i was at the Hummer dealership we only granted warranty alignments to vehicles that were under 10,000km. this is looked at as something that is not covered and realistically an alignment can come out of spec by certain road conditions or driving habits. if you need us to look at it and maybe do an alignment please let me know thanks.
