Hey guys.. I've been there and done that.. Bought a car once with a lien. tried getting the info on it, but was never sucessfull cause the lien wasn't registered to me, and they have a "privacy confidentiality" bull$hit..A year later car was repoed..so a few days later, a buddy of mine put a lien on the car, and we repoed it back..LOL.. also if you're worried about it just register the car to a friends house, and let the repo guy come looking for it there..LOL.. So go ahead and buy it guys..
