1999 H1 No TT4 light on start up?

1999 H1 No TT4 light on start up?
I just noticed that my TT4 light does not come on during start up? I know if there is a problem with the system it will stay on constant? Any suggestions as to what might be the problem?

I have heard many times from guys that the sensors are usually the issue...

are you referring to the green TracLock light that comes on when you shift into HL or L???
could be the bulb is just burnt out...
