Hi there fellow Hummer owners. I own a 2007 H2. I'm also a first time owner, I love the truck, it is everything I have always dreamed it was. I have one problem that has me puzzled though. Whenever I wash it or it rain alot, the front passenger side gets soaked (the carpet). When I first bought it I noticed a few drops of water by the grab handle. However now I'm noticing that when I go to clean it the carpet (on the passenger side only) is completely soaked. I can't seem to find where it is coming from or what to do to fix this problem before it gets worse. Anyone that can help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Re: I have a leak problem.
Do you have a sunroof?
I used to have a BMW that had sunroof drains that ran down the a-pillar... they eventaully rusted and allowed water to come inside the cabin area.
Also another common reason for this is if the windshield seal is toast. An impact (such as somebody stepping on it) or a high SPL (big subwoofers) stereo system can blow it out easily and cause it to leak water inside.

Re: I have a leak problem.
it is the sunroof, the drain holes are in the two front corners when you open it, they are plugged....mine did the same thing....every time it rained, car wash or anything, the water would come in by the grab handle and down the side..

Re: I have a leak problem.
the sunroof drains may be the problem. there is updated procedure to reroute the drains. also i agree if the windshield was replaced it also may leak. pour some soap and wate mixture on the glass and blow from the inside with a blow gun conected to a compressor and look bubbles. quick and easy check. anything else i would be happy to help.
