So it was not a good day for the jeeps . After Jeremys disaster with the broken drive shaft and leaf spring also breaking right in half , his rig actually held together all the way back to Edmonton ...but about 50 clicks out Jessie' yolk fell out breaking his drive shaft and then hit the t-case putting a hole in it ....not a good day for jeeps at all lol . Im gonna need some new CV's but they were old anyways so it was time so no biggy. Thanks for the good day fella's , here's some video my nephew took of the day .

OMG - you're kidding!!??

Definitely not a day for jeeps at all! Unbelievable that he made it all the way back to Edmonton - I'm amazed actually!!

Crappy we didn;t make it to the falls again but I must admit I had a blast! Great times, great weather and great company always makes for a good time... Missed the family that couldn't make it but hopefully we'll do another run in September and we all can get together again!

NO Jeeps next time - Jessie can ride shot gun! I wanna get to the falls!!! <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... lleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Now that it's cooled down a bit - I think I'll go out and do some more cleaning.... had both windows open all day and man it's crappy how much mud flies in!!

Poor Jeeps, they just don't hold up on Hummer runs <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... >/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

Man, I didn't realize how far up my rear tire was when I was getting yanked out of the hole... kind of makes my stomach turn seeing the video, just glad the body damage wasn't any worse.

The last clip on that video where you dump into the river is gold, that is totally the feeling I had as well!

I think we can safely Summarize.... HAD A BLAST!!! Actually I was secretly hoping Jessie would break down out there to so i could drag both their butts outs there Tanden... That would make a suit video that i would just have to post on the jeep forum!!!

Sugar - Let me know if you want any help with your back end there - more than happy to see what i can do to assist!

JL - Got the word that new tierods will be on their way soon so they're yours... I was reminded of how much I paid for them so I will bug you for just one note and one of your old ones for a spare for my parts bin. 25 cents on teh dollar is good for me as they are overkill for spares....

We should post for September now!

Placed an order for some rims today; 16x10 w/ 4.5" backspacing

This is what ticks me off about Canada:

Local Chump Price: $485 Each

Local regular price: 450$

Local Ultra Discount Price: 403$ (usually this is close)

Online US Price: 203$ USD

Shipping was 140$ USD, plus 113$ for all the various duties & GST involved. So all-in it cost about 1000$ CAD.. crazy.
