American National Guards men during Irene . Gotta party with these guys ! Not sure what type of truck (Troop Carrier } They are using !? They were not disapplened for this ! Most likely in their early 20's . This did not go according to plan ! There was a State Trooper with them also ! There is also the continuaton of it. If that Snorkel was only 2ft taller, and they kept their windows closed and they had a periscope they would've made it! Morons!! It is a truck not a submarine!!!

My big issue with this stems from having worked in resuce for 4 years. The first rule we are supposed to follow is TO NOT BECOME A VICTIM OURSELVES. If those of us who are supposed to be doing the saving end up as part of the problem, then we now have even more people that needs to be rescued! I do understand their desire to help, but this water needed one of the militaries many amphibous trucks.



We all need to use wisdom, especially in situations like deep water!
