Just because I drive a HUMMER don't mean I don't care about the planet.... in fact it means I can get to most parts without any help!
(try that in your prius)

wholly crap! That looked like an American SWAT truck you see in movies! Is there something going on here, they're not telling us about? <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... /blink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

IT'S for their ERU = Emergency response unit(SWAT} ! Different Municipal Police will have different names for their (SWAT) Teams . No Canadian ERU/ETF/ERT are called (SWAT), Special Weapons and Tactics in Canada ! The Police watch dogs in Canada . Government oriented ,whether provincial, municipal, federal . Found it to aggressive sounding . The Truck has Level 4 to 5 armor . Will stop full metal jacket rounds and some AP armor piercing rounds . Nice pic JB ! Whats that line from the original DIE HARD?! Oh yeah , "Oh look the Police got themselves a RV " .

That is sick. What amazes me even more is that when in Kamloops, BC last night, I saw their Sheriff's ERU - very similar, just by International. Where their Sheriff got the budget for it, I have no idea, but it looked amazing.
