Road Ralley & Scavenger Hunt
Anyone have any interest in setting up a Road Ralley and Scavenger Hunt? Maybe plan it for next year, not sure just tossing out the idea to see if there is any interest.

We use to play the alphabet game back home kinda the same, we use to go all over Europe doing it.
For here; everyone playing puts in $100 to take part and picks places in Canada (and the US if everyone is on board) and work through the alphabet from A to Z. so everyone will have 26 locations. once the list is agreed to by a board; the final list is posted for everyone on the day we start.
Each place is one point, double points if you are in the place and find a store, etc starting with the same letter. the winners split half of the prize equally, the rest is party funds for everyone playing the game.
The conditions are that follow on letters (eg; E and F) cannot be within 100Kms of each other. You have to prove you were there with photo and a receipt.
No time limit on it; we use to take a week traveling and cruse everywhere.

Just because I drive a HUMMER don't mean I don't care about the planet.... in fact it means I can get to most parts without any help!
(try that in your prius)[/center]

TC has done this at the 1st annual Hummer Rally and everyone seemed to really enjoy it. They are certainly A LOT of work to set up, but they are lots of fun. I would be interested depending on the time and location.
