Khamul,

Did you ever experienced when your stuck, i mean really stuck (did you ever got stuck?) with these conditions: tranny on 1st gear, transfer case in 4LOW and rear diff. in LOCK mode (automatically the TCS and Stabilitrak will be ON on the dash). But when i depress the gas pedal (about 1/4 to 1/2) the TCS and Stabilitrak starts to work (i can see the indicator flash in the dash) when this happens i cannot get more rev of the engine thus won't give me proper engine power. GM here says it's normal to prevent over revving the engine. I hope you can try this out in your rig as we have the same year.

Thanks

Jim

Oh....I've been stuck!!!!

I will share what I know and what I have observed. When in low gear the tcs and stabilitrac are off and I don't think I have had issues with the rpm's being limited. They certainly are in high if left on which is why I learned to turn them off when running through liquid and I turn them back on when on dry ground as the tcs I find does a pretty good job under normal conditions.

Now I have made a special mod to mine that I have complete control over my front and rear lockers in both drive modes so I tend to leave those two systems off on a regular basis as there is no substitute to have the axles locked. I can lock front and rear in high which really helps when plowing through those mud holes...

I'll try to pay extra attention to the next serious "stuck" though....

Fans should be on the way tomorrow! Stopping at Mopac for a controller some time this week... Haven't done anything to the H2 since shortly after I got it so I am super pumped to mod again!!!

I'll let you know how these 08 fans work out Gary... Should need some minor tweaking to get it rigged up but nothing major...
