I just want to share my good experience with Steve and Jeff over at Master Mechanic.
I went there today for the first time to say hi and ask about a skid plate issue.
2 weeks ago I took the H2 to Roy Foss, and they told me that I needed a new skid plate because it was touching the exhaust system.
I wanted to get a second opinion about that, so I took it to Steve, he looked at it, and he said that my skid plate is fine....
I am very disappointed with Roy Foss, I feel like I almost got ripped off.
It is a good thing that I got a second opinion from Steve.
I am very happy with Steve, he is a very nice guy, and we had a very good chat.
2 thumbs up for Steve and Jeff..... <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ght_on.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':right_on:' /> <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ght_on.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':right_on:' />

I have known the two of them for a long time... great guys..when it comes to H2 and H3s, there isn't any better in the Toronto area...and I take my H2 there as well...
keep supporting them and they will look after you too.. we need to keep guys like this in mind when we need work done.. the dealer is the dealer.. remember there are others that can provide service that is levels above the dealer, trust your fellow members and go see for yourself..well worth your drive to brampton...

What is funny is that used to be my H2 and Roy Foss is who I paid to fix the skid plate just a few months ago. Roy Foss charged me $180 to fix it and bend it out and then they tell the new owner he needs to buy a new one (the dealer told me a new one was $450). It never fails, Roy Foss always finds another $400 in extras every time I take a vehicle in. It has happened so many times that I don't trust them at all.
