Hi I'm looking for a used exahaust (after market no Oem) for my 2003 H2!

Please note I live in Italy (not so much used parts here...)

You do know that you can can one shipped to Italy. Ebay sellers will give you the exact price quote for exhaust + shipping. For example, you can get a Flowmaster American Thunder exhaust for $400 + $250 to Italy:
