Re: HUMVEE CUMMINS SWAP
It's a really big job! To dissassemble and assemble big truck again plus change almost everything in it! To make it custom made, wow! You have a lot of patience even considering that You are very good mechanic with big experience! I am not sure that I can do this job even if I have Your experience, skills, knowledge and equipment! How long normally does it take to complete this job from A to Z?

At least you are not working in overtime. And it's very important to have satisfaction from what you are doing. It's very dificult to connect hobby and full time job to earn some money!

Great lookin build so far, cant wait to hear that thing fire up! <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ght_on.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':right_on:' />
I have one question though, are you planning on using the factory dodge harness/tcu/ecu to all work together, or you planning to change it to a standalone engine management system.
Im starting to build up parts for my conversion (not on my current truck, but an open top in a year or 2), and am currently looking at a 2006 5.9 cummins. And possibly going with a built up 4l80e and programmable trans controller.
