GM is requesting BIC sorry Volt.....

GM has reqested that Volt owners return their cars to dealers to allow for renforcement of the battery box. The request occured after 3 Volts burned 2 to 3 days after safety crash tests due to a coolant leak causing shorting of the batteries. Also several garage fires have occured when the chargers overloaded household wiring. Guess thats one way to stay toasty warm in your car.

If something goes wrong with the Volt, GM could always resurect the Hummer brand and team up with Razor (I beleive that was the company name) to make an electric H3!!!! Sales for that would go through the roof....guarenteed!!!
