I had my Hummer on jacks and put it in H and noticed the rear wheels weren't turning. But all is fine in when I have it in High Lock or Low.
Is this normal?

That probably means that your rear brakes are dragging because of the parking brake. Check your cables and your adjustment. Remember in H the transfer case is unlocked so all the power will go to the path of least resistance!
