Not sure if there is something wrong i can run my h3 for 15 minutes and its still cold inside but when i start driving then you can start to feel the warm air and that still after about five to ten minutes of driving. Don`t know if heater core is plugged or water pump not working.

Is the cabin fan working we've had 2 replacements ( 1 of control module and 1 of resistor pack and wiring on our 08 H3 Alpha) both would allow warm air forced out when driving but only slight convection flow when stopped. you can check with fan in different settings and see if air flow changes if not its dealer time truck should still have waranty.
