Re: h2 snorkle
saw it up close and it looks really really good!!
i must admit to having the same nervousness cutting out the metal, but it does fit in nice afterwards, and the room now is considerable exactly for what B-Man said.... second battery will fit in now like a glove...
i know exactly what archngl is saying as those were my thoughts to, to somehow utilize the decorative cap into the design as the top of the snorkle which you could then move up and down depending on what you were doing.... just don't have a clue how to do it...

Re: h2 snorkle
Still thinking about it for my H3
Ive put my MacGyver cap on.
But I noticed that the decorative breather cap is different on the H2 than the H3.
Mine, by the look like it can act as a breather cap in normal position as it has honey comb (alveolars type) hole on the bottom that open to the inside directly. as for the H2 model I don't know.
if all other avenue fails, snorkel will be the solution.

Re: h2 snorkle
That looks fantastic! I really might do that myself <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... /smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
The only (minor) thing that bothers me is that the stock imitation air cap is still there, and the actual snorkel comes out from that cap (so in essence you have an imitation and real air box there). But except for that, it looks great!!!!!! Well done!
Where did you get the original cap from?

Re: h2 snorkle
We have a Sy-Klone pre air filter on an ARB snorkle ( to reduce the idiot smoker problem.) Unit is listed and can be found on google search as a US unit its easy to get and is available in different capacities. Yes our Rhino is an H3 Alpha but the pre air filters go by air flow .

Re: h2 snorkle
Hi Brian,
So after a couple of months with it on your truck, are you still pleased and have you seen any problems with it?
Also, for the air filter, where did you get it and who makes it?
Thanks,
Kev
