Stupid Youtube... I actually should be able to use the song I matched it for "creative use", but they have it listed as being protected the wrong record label

Something to try, apparently using this type of link may bypass the filter.

It's blocked for me.

Here's the message I get.

This video contains content from SME and EMI, one or more of whom have blocked it in your country on copyright grounds.

That is frustrating, they are referring to the record label Astralwerks which is owned by EMI, which does hold some of the licenses to other songs by the same artist ... however the song I used is owned and licensed by Skint Records and should be allowed to be used for creative purposes.

I tried using Youtubes "Audio Match" which lets you overlay other "creative use" songs, but I built the entire video around the song I used and it ends up looking dumb if I do that

Mwwaaahahahaahaa!

I re-sampled the first 30 seconds of the clip with another song which threw off the ID matcher enough to confuse it with a re-mix and unblock the video.

FWIW, I can go most Sundays but not Saturdays. I do theatre almost every weekend all winter. The 25th would be awesome........

Are there any Saturdays that might work better for you Greg? We can definitely move the date around to accommodate everybody.

I Know that Dave and Ferdy are usually unavailable because of family commitments. I don't mind Sunday runs myself, but I do find that extra day is always to unload the truck and get everything cleaned up before I am back to work is nice.

What kind of theatre do you do? Is it like acting classes or are you doing plays at things like the lunchbox theatre? I worked with an Engineer that loved doing that kind of stuff, maybe you might know him.
