Where are you thinking of going? I'm not too familiar with any of the trails. Can you post a map or something, general town or something so I can look it up?
Thanks
Steve

Lol... Neither are we...
We'll be posting a new thread shortly but I think we'll be looking at the ghost town trail that's in the crowsnest pass area and we'll set the date for May 12.
We just have to decide on the staging area to meet up at etc...

Ahhh, crap. Some bad news, I am probably out for the next few months. I've taken on a new contract outside of my regular work that is going to soak up most of my free weekends.

Re: The ALBERTA chat thread!
So here we are the 5th of May and I am looking out on a winter wonderland.... I think nice warm Sun is overdue now!! Next Saturday's forecast calls for cloudy but 16 which would be ok... Still too early to be able to rely on the forecast though so hopefully it will change a bit...
Got the tires re-balanced yesterday as they were all out and these km2's aren't holding up too well to the abuse, airing down etc etc as they are out of round quite a bit so definitely not getting these again. I know I am hard on them but I was expecting them to do a little better...
Today will be day three on the bowflex.... Determined to loose some some of this tonnage and be better toned... So we got the bowflex blaze and am really liking it so far. It gives you a really good workout! Sweating big time after my workout so I know it's working... Gunna have a bowflex body one year!!

Re: The ALBERTA chat thread!
So after a hell off a lot of hassle...bruised hands and no freakin patience left in the world.... I have the steering gear box out and on the bench. I need a new Pittman arm and I found out today there are more than one out there??? Bowess auto's was the wrong shaft size so gunna check at nappy today. Found the right one online but I'd have to wait for shipping...
I just hope I can get her back together ok... Feel weird looking at her in the driveway up on stands and she's basically spread eagle as the entire steering system is detached and mostly removed....so the tires are both pointing outwards.
What fun....

Re: The ALBERTA chat thread!
it's a bit more than i had planned but i am learning alot as I go.... Been b!tching to B-Man as I go which has helped laughingly enough.. found out yesterday that there are 2 Pittman arms for the H2 and of course I have the more uncommon one. Bowness auto and Nappa both carry the one I can't use but I think I have tracked it down at parts source. They will verify tomorrow as the wharehouse was closed today. I found it online but then I have to have it shipped....
main thing I have learned.... right tool for the right job!!!! And it's driving me nuts how half my friggin bolts are imperial and the other half metric....
