Re: Added some lights
thats a nice unit forsure. might have to look into that. thanks guys
j man illl ask kernal he would know.
hes been running all sorts of hids in like 6 cars for the past 10 yrs.lol
i got my first set from beemer. i still have the box ill grab the pt number off it. and they were great and when they finaly gave up kernal gave me a set and they have been great ever since i got them.
i didnt hear about running cooler but they do run at a lower voltage after they have been fired. the initial fire takes a normal voltage spike.

yea that Air DOc is very nice.. my Airaid seems to suck but I needed it for my throttle body spacer.. you have one of them installed? needed the airaid to make up for the extra space..

No I don't, does the spacer bring the elbow out closer to the fan?

Re: Added some lights
Well the elbow they give with this kit can be cut down as there is alot if excess but I was able to push mine on far enough plus the tube has a slight bend in it which seems to give you alot of adjustment options. Mine did rub on the fan the first time I fired it up but now there is lots of room between.

Re: Added some lights
Well the company that ordered my fabtech lfit had an change in circumstances this week in as he had his lift guys quit ....a few emails and phone calls with Rick and my truck is going into E-Mortal Customs next week for some changes . Also been sourcing out paint jobs with most being up there due to the "pearl" in my paint....linex in Edmonton came in the cheapest to completely linex my unit..
It will be in there for 2 weeks they say but should look sweet all black.
