It looks like the H2 and H3 may go the way of the H1(stop production and sell plant) according to press releases by GM. his due the high price of gas.
The rip off of the high fuel price will certainly alter the economy of north america (which is highly dependant on auto manufacturing).
When I say rip off heres why. Even if crude price goes up 100%, the price of crude is only a smaller fraction of the cost of the end product (this according the oil companies themsleves), so why then does the price of gas at the pump track the price of crude? The taxes, processing and marketing costs have not changed since before the crude price increased so its pretty clear that the companies are taking advantage of the crude oil price increase.
H2 also to be discontinued?

Cross your fingers that AM picks it up and runs with it and buys the Hummer name back from GM.
