Option for mounting a Hi Lift Jack .

Post by johnnyspikesH3 »

I was looking for other options for mounting the Jack besides the Hi lift , and a few other options on the market . A rack is out of the question due to clearance issue with my garage . I wanted to use my Factory rails . So this was what i came up with . Functional low profile and i think looks cool also . I went with the Yakima mighty mounts . Part#1753-3998 . Had to do a small bit of modification . With a carriage bolt abit longer and tighter nut in the top claw of the mount . Used a bike clamp as a keeper which works great ! Gave it to me for free . Everything cost $53 dollars . Let me know if you want to know the place i went too. They have Locations around Canada and the USA . Will work on H1 also and H2 ... Racks, rails, ect.

I had to buy a bike cable lock . Rapped it through the jack and rack bars .
