It won't be the same without Gary <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... _e_sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
You may need your rain gear more than bug spray if the weather doesn't hold!
I put up meet location & time the info the first post btw

We'll need two strippers... that way they can wrestle in the mud <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... rgreen.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

First post...So Hello, my truck didn't come with a spare as i'm running 38"s, so, do I really need to get one before coming along?
Considering making a drive out this weekend, funds permitting.

Welcome aboard! Great to have another owner locally, any pics of the H2? Where are you coming from?
As for your question; If somebody else has a 38" spare tire as well it shouldn't be a problem for this run (Dave, JL?).
Although even if we only have spare 37's available, we could make a bit of an exception in this case if you are willing to accept the risk. If you end up puncturing or throwing a tire, borrowing a 37" tire would be enough to get your truck out of the trails at least. However, you can't drive on a 37" on the road though, so it would have to be stuck on a flatbed out beyond there which could be pretty costly.
Generally if your tires are MT's and have a good amount of tread it will be a very minimal risk, but you should be aware of it. I will leave it up to you if you want to come out on this run or hold off until you have a full size spare for the next one.
Cheers!

Re: CHC AB - JUNE EVENT
Thanks! Yeah, I have, ill figure out how to stick some on here, I live in Lethbridge so a few hours away.
Not a novice offroader so more than happy to take it easy, better safe than sorry and busting something miles from home.
Tires are all pretty much new MT's, but at $700 a piece I would rather not puncture or throw them off, I think ill have to decide closer to the weekend!
Whats this run like? is there any photos from previous runs about?
