I would say it is a waste of money and a nice little scam at that. How can plugging in a little black box compensate for corroded grounds, parrasitic resistances in wires, etc, simply not electrically possible! A better thing to do would be to upgrade your battery to an Optima or Odessey when the time comes and upgrade your alternator with one with slightly higher output when the need arises and check your grounds frequently, apart from that there is no way plugging in a extra electrical load will Increase Power and Stabilize the voltage....that's what your Alternator is for!!!!
