Anyone with a maggi supercharger and a K&N?

I have the magnuson supercharger on my 6L and it came with the magnacharger air intake, Does this move the stock air intake on the throttle body? Can you add a K&N cold air intake to this or do you have to use the stock air box now and just toss a filter in?
