Yay! My hope is that this is more a social event than a get stuck and break stuff event, so the more the merrier.
But hell, we still might get stuck!
I'll make sure to bring some firewood.

Hey Mud, I see the Race City pagoda in the background of your avitar. For many years I was there 2 or 3 times a week - and I rented the facility more than anyone else. I was there a lot. Man, I sure miss that place. I've even done more than a few laps in my truck! It rotates quite nicely when you trail it in, it just doesn't grip very well. Were you a Race City user? If so, we probably met there....
Anyway, I hope you can make the run.

My buddy raced his bike there a lot, I ran in one day last spring to watch him race.

That's cool. I actually won a motorcycle championship there. Western Canada Champion and I was CMA ranked #2 in Canada. I raced all over North America.
More recently I was racing cars at Race City. I loved that place.
Anyway, the more the merrier for the run! My truck is getting some work done right now.

Re: Southern Alberta November Run
Oh man, why this weekend! I am going to look like a hill billy bucktooth retard as I will have temporary crowns on my front teeth while they make new ones for me... Dave will have a field day. No pictures! <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ey-055.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':curse:' />
I was planning to just hide in my house and not talk to anybody, lol. Oh well, I don't think I can pass it up... I will be there.

Re: Southern Alberta November Run
Hummy is in the shop....... I don't know what's wrong yet but the guys at Miller Automotive are working on it - I think they're the best. Hopefully we'll know soon and that we'll get it fixed soon.
If it's not ready on time I'll bring my 'other' 4x4. No winch, no spares - great tow points!
It'll still be fun!
