Re: Canadian Buyer's List :HUMVEE C-Series
Been looking all day and it appears no one has done this yet. Not sure why, perhaps the EGR system sits too high to fit. I know the turbo is taller. A lift would likely be needed to squeeze it in. The other issue as always is cooling. There are 2 huge rads in the super duty and the big question is fit and potential mods to make it fit. I can't see it being any more challanging than a Dmax setup other than that setup is reasonably well documented. This may be a first if done.

I agree, a nice little Perkins or Caterpillar (or PerKapillar) with a nice turbo would be a very sweet and reliable set-up that with a 6spd Alisson and we are golden!!

The reason is it kicks serious ass compared to a Dmax and is new and current as far as smogs stats go. The folks at Cat have not been helpfull at all and they ain't getting any of my money as a result. The Ford guys are pumped and interested and a re willing to help out. Good company and as you know they do tons of biz with AMG.
