Re: ECU programming
Has anyone here disassmbled the code and commented it? If not then I'll start that task. I believe it would be worthwhile to have compilable source code instead of changing lookup tables. Thouights?

I think i know where your going with this and i dont believe anyone has publicly brodcasted this info. But go for it! <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ght_on.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':right_on:' />
Ive had a tad bit of serial communication finess doing serial talk between pc and controllers. I made a custom serial adaptor to program curtis DC speed controllers for golf carts. But anything automotive related i dont have a firm grip on.
I had my cars ECU tuned for a mercedes slk 32 and the guy who designed the tune and the interface box for it had it hooked up with 3 wires, and had it upgraded in like 3 min tops. If he could crack the mercedes ecu code; which btw is one of the most complex systems to do any mods to. Im sure our "High Tech" 6.5L ecu are a walk in a park... Relatively speaking <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ngHead.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':banghead:' /> lol
