Hey last time I was told it was to late in setting it up but I also want people to come foreward with ideas one that has surfaced is a potluck dinner / gathering at an event space owned by club member. Instead of the Manderin rsvp on this please

I was approached at the July 7th event about this . If the persons that approached me come foreward we may go that way .  Otherwise we will stay at the Manderin on the 30th of November . Santa requests sex and ages of Children so he can have items for them. The deadline date is Sept 14th for the location.

 noting your status today, which is not the place to post something about this gathering. You started asking for people to commit last December 12th, then again in the summer. People can't commit months in advance, no one knows their work or personal availability. This is the time to start trying to get people to confirm, and the last post, quoted above, from August, leaves us hanging as to being at the Mandarin or this other persons location. Try posting a update, where it is going to be, and a time then maybe we will start seeing some people confirming their intentions.
 
 I'm hoping most can attend, it's been a tough year for the club, with the forums un-usually quiet, and the cancelled AM General trip, it would be a nice finish to the year.
 
 To my knowledge I am able to attend if the November 30th date is where we are at.
