went to CIBC this morning and spotted this truck parked next to me....100% canadian made for mobs and drug dealers aka presidents and prime ministers .....new luxury offroad vehicle on f 550 base? offoroad or just armored dog?
apparently built in toronto.....
does any one know the story on these?

I did some engineering consulting for a sister branch of the company that makes the "commercial" version of this truck.
Pretty neat overall, but nothing technologically advanced about it. I wouldnt mind having one myself, but underneath the skin, it ant super nice. Hate to burst everyones bubble <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... edface.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':oops:' />
Yes its based off a stripped down F550 truck. the frame, drivetrain, and dash is all thats kept. Then its just precut balistic panels welded up, grinded and painted. Majority of them are just raited to withstand 7.62x39 ammo. But still neat nonetheless <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... /photo.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':photo:' />
