Quebec Chapter Trail Ride July 5th

Just an invitation to all members to come and join us for the first trip out this year. Come for the day or just the morning and meet other owners in the area. We will be meeting at the Tim Hortons in Saint Sauveur for 8:30am and heading to the trails near Weir from there. Please remove your side steps to prevent any chance of damage and be sure to have a GMRS/FRS radio for the day to make communication easier over the course of the day. Winches and recovery gear are always a good idea but not necessary for the day. Please pack a lunch, and bring a camera, the trails are spectacular!

I will meet you in the hotel parking for 7:30am and then you can listen to my sweet sounding Gibson exhaust all the way to Saint Sauveur so that we can meet the rest of the guys at the Tim Horton's.



BTW, are you good with rocks, mud, mud in rocks and rocks in mud and deep water?<img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... #>/huh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='???' />? Make sure you bring a change of clothes and some rubber boots! And you'll need a lunch...unless you plan on eating squirrel!!!

Glad to see you'll be joining us TC, it'll sure be nice to have an H1 on the trails!!! Hopefully I'll be showing you some trails that you haven't tried before! I can guarantee that I will put both your H1 and your skill to the test!!! BTW, you both should REMOVE YOUR STEPS!!! Unless of course you love Pretzels!!! TC, have you ever done the trail with the section I call the Squeeze(4 honda sized boudlers) or the one with the Switchback(180 degree turn while climbing 100vertical feet in approximately 500ft)<img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... #>/huh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='???' /> If no, you'll love them....once you get past the pucker factor!!!



Also, what would you both say is your off-road skill level, novice, intermediate, advanced, extreme, or NUTS???



Just curious, it helps me to better plan the trail, to take into account bypasses if you guys need them and to make sure that I am not exceeding your skill set during the day.



I plan on stopping by a secluded lake for lunch, it is a nice place to relax before the afternoon trail!
