WTB: OEM H2 Rims (& maybe tires)

I'm looking for a set of OEM H2 alloys like these:

Not looking for the chrome version and a they don't have to be mint but no rock/curb rash preferred.  If the price is right I'd take the wheels and tires.  The closer to Alberta the better.  Let me know what you have.
