I went and had a look at these rims in person on behalf of an H3 owner in Sask, I verified they are indeed the highly sought after factory Tactical H3 rims and they are also in great shape with no curbage or. Tires are spent, but it is a pretty decent deal for the rims alone.
The person ended up passing on the rims, so if you are looking for something a little unique for your H3:

They are black from the factory, off a limited edition H3 called the Tactical.

i can still disagree with "original" Factory paint opinion . as you can see obvious signs or repaint(gloss, balancing wheights are also painted black on front etc..) ,but you re right - tactical "look" is there , good replica IMHO

Re: Tactical H3 Rims: Kijiji ad, I also looked
Sure, you can disagree, however I can assure you that they were not chrome rims that were repainted; as far as I could tell when I went there in person to check them out for an H3 owner in Saskatoon, they were in fact the factory rim with factory paint. I also have photo's I took which show the weights were not painted over, they are metal clips and grey weights. The guy also had no idea they were a special edition rim, he bought them just for the tires from somebody who swapped them off an H3 immediately after buying it (probably in favor of giant baller rims from the sounds of it)
Like I said, I had a look at them in person, I verified they were the tactical wheels. I wouldn't have put this thread up if they were replicas.

It's great to know a person on the forum is willing to go out of his way to check out parts for another forum member. There are lots of deals to be had if we all help each other out.

Did I miss something? I was just discussing it with Sub, I hope nobody took it out of context.
I don't mind if people question things, really anybody who sees a set of Tactical wheels should be for the very reasons mentioned above, it is just good due diligence. I just wanted to make the point I did check it out in person for the specific reason, even then I suppose I could have been fooled by a very good paint job.

Yeah that is what it is all about, it was actually me checking them out for this guy in Sask, who was looking into it on behalf of a friend. He was going to road trip it all the way out here and when I looked on the map he was like 4 blocks from where I live, lol. Figured I would save him a weekend trip!
Guy selling them was pretty accommodating, so I offered to throw them up on our forum if the buyer in Sask fell through (which in the end it did) so that way it wasn't a total waste of his time meeting with me. What better place to advertise Hummer wheels in Calgary than the CHC right?
haha, it was pretty funny when he spotted my truck... "whoa, you got it scratched up pretty good on the sides! You must actually wheel that thing!"

re tactical rims if you look the smaller vent (spoke) openings are not open. Check the rims we have for sale both grey and chrome rims have these openings.
